Customers can return the item when

a. Receiving wrong product.
b. Received a product that is not as described on the Site.
c. Received a damaged product
d. No COD return

General guidelines of return
1. The product should be in unused condition, without damaging the tags, barcode & shall be returned by the customer in original package / box.

2.  If the seal is broken for fitness watches the return is not accepted unless the product has manufacturing or technical defects. 

3.Returns & refunds are accepted through the online portal and not accepted at offline stores. 

4. Products used or damaged by the customer post-delivery will not be accepted or returned.

5. Products / items which fall under the below categories are neither exchanged nor returned as per our health & company policy.
